Description

We have had continuous dumping issues in the past week so the neighbors in this area have been trying to watch closely for illegal dumping
This morning I observed a Black.Durango, plate number 764-ZXP backed up to the edge of the wooded area just beyond the driveway for 146 Springside, Mountainview Condo's. I slowed to look at the SUV and driver and when I did he immediately pulled away. In the area where he had backed his car up were 3 tires in white plastic trash bags. A 4th tire was just off to the left. While I didn't.see him actually.dump the tires, he acted suspicious and took off quickly upon seeing me. When I realized the tires were there, I followed him down the street and wrote down his plate number.
In a related matter of illegal dumping, continuing up the street toward Common Ground HS, on the left side of the road someone has dumped a black leather couch just inside the guard rail as well as broken up pieces of wood on both sides of the road.
Please address this issue because when illegal dumpers see things like this they just dump more to add to the pile. Please talk to.Jillian Driscoll from LCI about this as I have notified her also. The issue is whether it is city property or state property.
