Dayton Shop has put a steel plate over the hole to make this issue safe. Will notify Mayfield Shop about this problem.

Repaired sink hole and Mrs. Kralovec had concerns of a headwall at the outfall. Sometime this summer we will repair it.

Issue was resolved but never closed.
