Okay i live around the corner.
There is an old Gentleman that lives at 1908 Wakins street. He has his windows busted out/ no AC, and drives a truck that there is no way passes inspection. Okay- He also owns the two houses next door in example 1906 and 1904. Both of the houses are boarded up. They have old cars in the front yard/ driveway/ backyard with weed grown up all over them, and i see rats running out of there all the time. I think this should be condemned or made to sell the property if it is not in a livable condition. I think they should all 3 be condemned. They are sitting in prime real estate, in a neighborhood where the houses are going from 300-1 million in price. This is just disgusting to look at on a daily basis.
