Description

It is great that a garage can has been placed on that side of the bridge but it is in a bad placement. The garbage blows right into the water. It is in a windy spot. It needs to be set back like the other side. Also it is in a spot where people enjoy fishing and it blocks them esp with the horrible odor that has been coming out of the can for well over a week. It almost makes you sick walking by there. Thank you
