Description

East Bay Mud came and dig up this area several months ago and my entire neighborhood has reported that these trenches were repaved incorrectly. There is about a 10-12 inch difference in height from the original asphalt to the new repaved asphalt. When driving it causes your tires to lose control and veer you into oncoming traffic! THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE!!! The fact that the city is ignoring this is IRRESPONSIBLE!!! If this remains I will contact a lawyer and we will all file a class action lawsuit!!! YOU ARE PUTTING MY CHILDRENS SAFTEY AT RISK
