This is not my property! This is a property on eldridge and the city drives up and down and have allowed the owners to behave as such without consequence. The garbage has been out for a week! I am frustrated because it’s awful and makes the street look like a dump! The city is selective in enforcing bylaws!

Talk to the neighbour. What else can you do. He / she must bundle up the trash.
Eldridge trash gets picked up on Thursday. There is time for the neighbour to tidy up that mess.
