A. 112 incidents fo far this year? The Ohio Department of Commerce/Real Estate Division has been contacted along with my own attorney's, soon the Attorney General of Ohio and a civil suit against the City of Toledo will be filed. Fuck-you with this ongoing negligence and I warned Dennis Garvin years ago that if this continues to happen the City will pay in negative PR and through Columbus along with a civil liability suit being filed. So, again...be ready! Tell whomever that you wish, there will be no settling, mediation etc., the damage has been done and you are all now in this City going to be held accountable for this inaction!

A. I toured the entire perimeter of Forest in the early hours and found that there are several entires into the cemetery through CHEAP fencing, the gates were not closed and the ranch had open windows and the air conditioners are missing?? A map at last tour shows nothing, so how is moving this office to Ottawa Park beneficial to those who may visit? I have informed many that have family interred there and a class action suit may or may not be a better option. Waiting on legal!
