Not me -- Next Spring the real me will 'complain' in April 2019. Waiting fer someone else to complain was idiotic at best. City Mgr IS doing a great job, btw. Chelsea is an olde city with everything operationally LOW BID. That's always been the problem in Gov't; along with Federal Realty, its leases, and its subsidiary Millennium Cleaning. lol.
