Description
D.R. Horton Homes has not installed the handicap accessible sidewalk ramp that the curb was designed for at the corner of Cypress Point Drive and Sudworth Drive (on property at 10 Sudworth Drive). They sold the house at 10 Sudworth Drive so it appears they have no plans to install it and they are close to being completely sold out of this subdivision. Are they required to install the handicap accessible ramp that the curb was designed for at this location? Please see photo.
