Description
is it legal to park on the sidewalk in this town? my dog and I were almost hit today because everyone flies down these residential streets at 40mph and one came by right as we stepped into to the street to get around this jerk. This is common all over the neighborhood and what happens when someone with a kid in a stroller gets hit?
