Description
The road entering Riverhill Road is in terrible condition, with many potholes, debris, sunken areas, drainage concerns and more. When it rains, massive holes in the road keep the water for days. The entire road has not been set correctly and is a safety hazard, made worse by recent construction in the area as trucks have driven past.

Just FYI, the dirt road portion of Riverhill is privately owned, just like how it all used to be before it was sold and all these new houses were built. The county might not do anything because it’s not theirs. You can try and contact Land and Development (company who bought the land) and see if they can come and fill the holes since the trucks would use that and not, what is now, Twin Fawn. Doesn’t help either that it went from 8 houses here to ~30 houses causing more traffic to drive on the dirt road.....
However, if your pin is correct, Land and Development still own this part of the development. After ALL houses are built and no other work needs to be done out here (utilities or other stuff like that) they will come out and put a nice layer of blacktop over the roads (Riverhill, Twin Fawn). So it will be repaired, unfortunately probably not for a good 6-12 months.
If you want the name/ number to the guy in charge at Land and Development, let me know.
Welcome to the “joys” that a few of us have had to deal with over the past 4ish years.

@S.Pep, thank you for commenting. If you could post the name and contact information of the person in charge at Land and Development, I would appreciate that.
I am not sure whether the road can hold out for another 6-12 months. Just from the constant rain today, the status of the road is terrible, and only getting worse and worse as we head towards Winter. If the likely chance is that the county will not do anything, and the company who bought the land will not do anything, then what is left?
