Description
Autumn Run is zoned residential only however a commercial construction and paver business has been operating out of the home for several months. They park construction trailers and construction vehicle trucks all over the property and the street.
On the weekends all of the workers gather to party, drinking to excess, blaring music and allowing small children to roam the streets without adult supervision. These children have come very close to being struck by passing cars.
The workers also engage in violence and starting a fist fight in the street just a few days ago, breaking bottles and engaging in loud, destructive, and disruptive behavior.
This must stop immediately.
Please investigate for any and all notable ordinance violations listed and if required report any child safety issue concerns to the PPPD and DCF.

The business is still operating unlawfully. Every morning workers arrive in trucks to pick up equipment and supplies and then return in the evening. The street in front of the house is covered in oil and grease.
Workers still continue to hangout at the house to party with loud music blaring and heavy drinking.
School aged kids are always outside and unsupervised 7- days a week and do not attend school.
How long is the city, PPPD and DCF going to ignore this?

Whenever we receive a Click and Fix, we open a case directly in our office in the Neighborhood Services Division. The Community Compliance Specialist has up to three days to go out and investigate the complaint(s)/violation(s). The reason we give you the CE Report information as well as information for the Community Compliance Specialist is so that you may keep in direct contact with the Specialist and follow-up on the case. We do not keep Click and Fix cases open and we do not update any information regarding the case on Click and Fix.
