Description

Does the city own the patch of land at the top of Elm Street on the left? If so, it has become way overgrown and is an eye sore, especially in the winter when it's all dead. It's on the sidewalk too! I didn't know if the city owned or the building on Prospect at the corner, which I believe was just sold. If it's their property I guess I could try to talk to the new owners?
