Description

The renters that live behind my home have overgrown trees, trash, and the trees are breaking my fence. The tenants may be handicapped, the back yard is a fire hazard with all the overgrown brush and trees and junk piled up. I don't care about what they have in their yard but it is costing me a fortune trying to keep the pepper trees from breaking my fence. I am 65 and can no longer climb up a ladder high enough to cut the tree branches. We are getting lots of rats, possums, racoons and my dogs go crazy barking. Is there any way someone can come out and cut these trees or ask the tenants to get them cut down. Also the roof has had tarps on it for several years. It is a fire trap and I don't know if anything can be done to get these trees cut down. They hang over half of my yard now and almost to the top of the pool cage. Is there anything that can be done? My last estimate was $2000. and it would not solve the problem.
