This Office is open 7am to 3pm Monday thru Friday. You can call Parking Enforcement @201-547-5538 prompt#1 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can also download the (Wots App) for residents from the google play store and submit your complaint 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Ok so just for your information every time I call parking enforcement it takes a minimum of 3 hours for anyone to show up. When I use the WOTS app it takes a minimum of 2 hours for anyone to show up. Please inform me on how either one of these options are helpful. There is a lot of stuff going on on our block lately but no on seems to care. When law enforcement doesn’t care enough to show up when someone is making a call for help it makes the residents of the city feel like you all done care so thanks for that.
