Description

The water is not on in the park yet. The sprinklers are not working. The water fountain does not even work.

There are some extensive repairs required to restore water service in this park. The City is working on it.

Last year you said the almost exact thing. Give me the wrench and would be glad to end this complaint. WILL post Nov 1 so pipes do NOT freeze.
