This property was recently sold. The new owners are apparently renovating the 2 apartments with no permits posted. All of the kitchen cabinets, appliances and much other debris has been dumped in the rear yard for the past two weeks and the pile is getting higher everyday. The people are also cooking with a charcoal grill amongst this mess and I am concerned about a fire hazard. I reported this to Residence Response 3 days ago and have been informed that no permits are required and that Public Works has been notified about the debris. Diane has been most accommodating and I appreciate her time in addressing this matter. She is definitely an asset to your Division.
I have attached photos of the rear yard of 77 Graham Street. As you can see my neighbor at 75 maintains a beautiful yard and is very concerned about the mess and the total disregard about their safety.
