There are only a couple of houses with a Washinton.St Annex address, There has been some somewhat recent construction in the past few years, with the demolition of an abandoned hose and subsequent rebuild. This has created a "land-grab" by residents of Whittemore St and Washington St., tagsking what was a large turn-around for residents and expanding their lawn area. My wife is disabled and relies on public transport to some appointments , their used to be room for one of those transport vans to turn-around at the end of our cul-de-sac and now their are grow-boxes and planted saplings. Fire and rescue concerns as well as right of way access necessitates prompt action. Thank you
