What is the status of this request?

This will be evaluated for our capital project list. The City Hall Park redesign is still underway and includes bike parking within the park. Since those bike parking locations may impact the other bike parking needs around the park, we will be coordinating those improvements..

We recently expanded the bicycle parking directly across the street. It is not directly adjacent to the park and we recognize the importance of this issue, and its impact to you, and we will continue to balance resources to address this and other bicycle parking needs. What is the timeline for the redesign for the park? If it’s longer than a month, please consider that this is a heavily utilized area for bike racks and waiting years for the park redesign seems unreasonable when it is replacing something that existed until it was torn out of its spot. Additionally, this request was made in July and has been languishing for several months (prime bike rack using months).
