  I reported this issue months ago (SeeClickFix Issue ID # 4112008) and it was reported in March that this would soon be resolved. Please see the attached photos, as this is not yet fixed.

  There's also a lot of shopping cart dumping in and around the Marina Village Shopping center (by Marina Village Pkwy, the one with the Lucky's and Carl's Jr.) I routinely see anywhere from 5 to 20 abandoned shopping carts scattered around the parking lot and on the neighboring streets. The shopping carts appear to originate from the Lucky's there, and although I've reported the problem to them multiple times, they continue allowing people to dump their carts all over the area
