A crate is not shelter from rain...even with a blanket covering it....it's bad enough Spca turned it' s back on the animals in our community......they pasted this responsibility off to the county.....something better be done before media is involved.

yes I will call behken and spca said they only rescue wild life. what is that about? cruelty is cruelty and must be handles immediately. this has been going on here a long time. nobody says anything .I am saying something.

please help these defenseless animals. the people in the house should be arested. call the police dept. and let them investigate

SPPD said it was not their jurisdiction without animal services present. nobody seemed to care.

update .... I called for a follow up and the investigator said they were in an ideal place and the crates were ventilate enough. The dogs had water and were off the ground. The investigator spoke with owner and the owner says it I temp until fence is up etc.The owner lied to investigator by saying he moves the crate under porch when raining That was false but it is what it is. and hopefully the owners take better care .dogs living in crates seems so sad of a life. I didn't think to ask if dogs were registered. Thank You so much animal services for your prompt attention and sharing with me the results. Thank You again.
