Description

Walk signal on Stargell to cross over to the Webster (at the right turn on Webster to Stargell)

The duration of the signal is way too long, this ends up with cars backing up sometimes to just past the exit from the tube. The pedestrians have long gone, yet the cars sit there idling for the light to turn green.

Two options:

1. Reduce duration
2. Remove pedestrian crossing so the right turn is not impeded (there's an existing crossing just up the road by the gas station)
