Description
Typically you have to sit at this light for 5 minutes and half the time the traffic at the green light has passed. These lights really need shortened. But in the last couple weeks, the light signals periodically turn green for about 3 seconds and go back to yellow and you have to wait 5 minutes again. This intersection needs some serious attention. Please help!

report to your commissioner traffic issues or one of the ones running for office! Apparently there needs to be a shake up in the Traffic Management Division!
