Description

This is located on the sides of 348 Cleveland Avenue and 353 Cleveland Avenue on Ackerman Street. Ackerman Street is a dead end block. There is a posted no parking anytime sign located on the side of 353 Cleveland Avenue. There is constant illegal parking at this location. Several neighbors, including myself, have tried to call the precinct to get more constant inforcement of this issue. We are referred to 311. When we put in the requests to 311 they are often closed without being reconciled, and without any police officers actually responding. This is a serious safety issue as the illegally parked cars create a hazardous turn on the corner of Cleveland Avenue and Ackerman Street. I need to know how I can get some enforcement of the parking laws in the area before there is a serious accident.
