  I have vision problems (glaucoma, Retinopathy, macular edema). I can’t move around outside my own house at night because we’re in total darkness.

  I would greatly appreciate a quick resolution to this issue.

  Nearly 3 months, and the only street lamp on our block remains out. THREE MONTHS...TO CHANGE A BULB. Please...I beg of you...fix this. I’m not legally blind, so I’m truly helpless here, and with darkness coming earlier, I don’t know what to do.

  And tonight, after contacting BP Oddo directly, the light is working once again. I’d love to know why it took so long, but I’m grateful that he is a man of action.
