Description

Another pathetic job by DOTs finest, no crosswalks, no cuts in center median for pedestrians to cross, no u-turn sign blocked by pole heading northbound, lights been inactive for months and they couldnt do this work?
Disgusting. Tom Coccola should be fired or forced to resign.
