A neighbor has been leasing luxury cars (at least 6) through Turo and uses street parking to store the cars. He also uses the public street to conduct business with his renting clients. Does he need a small business license to do this? It is frustrating to have our limited public parking taken up by his rental cars and the disturbance it creates on our residential street.
