Description

This guys has a lawn service and he dumps his clippings in the alley everyday. It’s hanging out in the street making it hard for people to get through. He does this ALL the time. Can’t someone fine him? It’s the guy who lives there doing it. We watch him.

It seems like an issue that you need to capture on video, call the police, and show the footage to them. All else is heresay. To rephrase: Video them physically dumping illegally then show the authorities the footage you took. All else is heresay.

I just want you to know that I’m all for you catching them in the act since, if in fact, they are dumping illegally, it’s something that should be taken care of. Now is the time and place where you prove that they are. All the best in this endeavor.
