Description
Everyday I find empty drug vials on the sidewalk in front of my home. Sometimes as many as half a dozen in one day - - Just in front of my home. Empty liquor bottles litter the street, park strip and sidewalk also on a daily basis - - I am sure this is a result of the liquor store on Bergen avenue at Fulton Avenue. I see people park their cars, dump their trash on the street, walk up the block to buy their drugs, and 15 minutes later they are gone. I am constantly finding High / strung out / intoxicated people on my stoop, who often get belligerent / hostile when asked to leave.
My property taxes have doubled, yet I seem to be working double time to keep my house from looking like it is in the ghetto. Something Must be done about the drug activity, the trash on the streets, and the liquor store on Fulton.

I will provide this information to the Community Relations Officer.
In addition, I recommend you continue to call the non-emergency police number when this is happening. I understand you are not present every single time someone is doing this however if and when you do.

Shea should track that to see the amount of time they use their phones while on "duty"

Residents,
I don't know if it's still an issue unless you tell me. The police/narcotics squad does not provide me an update. Please describe what issues are still occurring and I will try to send someone out again.
