I guess it’s been 4 years that this water fountain has been inoperable. Please repair. Why have the infrastructure remain when the service (water) is absent? Please fix this fountain. Humans and their animals will definitely use this community resource, if available. There’s a dog training studio very close to this fountain and the fountain is along the heavily trafficked Decatur greenway.
