Description
Easement issue: Our neighbor to the East at 7401 19th Avenue N. 33710, has built structures in fthe easement between us to expand the area around his pool deck and bar. Some of the structures hang over our fence. It also blocks the city's access to the sewers man hole cover located in the easement. We plan to replace our fence at 7475 19th Avenue N. soon and these structures are in the way. The included photo was facing North in the easement on 19th Avenue.
