Description

the gentleman in this residence cleans this alley every day, It seems the bins in the alley way aren't being picked up. illegal dumping has begun. He cant keep up with it. Please have this alley way behind this residence cleaned up. The yellow house on south corner is renovating and that is where dumping is coming from.. Thank You it is ridiculous.
