Description

Ruts in alley open up with downpour of rain, and sand from alley is deposited in the "delta" where alley meets 41st Street. Could this alley be paved with asphalt 50 feet from the sidewalk and raised enough to hold sand back during rain? The ruts in the alley and the sand buildup at the street are ongoing problems at this location. City has been responsive to filling in the ruts, but the ruts and sand buildup return each rainy season. Thanks!
