Description

The grass area and curb of the Phantom Ct cul-de-sac island has damages mostly caused by heavy equipment and vehicles over the winter months repairing water/sewer lines. There are many low/sunken areas throughout hazardous to the children that play in the space. Additionally, the surrounding curb is cracked or crumbled in many places.
