Our city has significant issues with storm drainage, it reminds me of growing up here in the 1950's when Gulf Blvd would go completely underwater every afternoon (over 6" with daily afternoon storms). WE NEED TO KEEP OUR INFRASTRUCTURE COMMENSURATE WITH OUR BUILDING GROWTH, and I will speak up and vote accordingly.
