Hi,
As per conversation with John earlier today. We have been experiencing water issues in our back yard that has been escalating over time. Most recently a spring has opened up in our back yard as well as a sink hole. we have a small stream on the other side of our property that feeds the Tiber. We were hoping that someone might be able to come out and evaluate the property and see what is going on. our property is partly proposed for the new water retention area. This might be important for you moving forward with your plans.

2) Site visit done on June 14th. Some pictures attached. They asked if an asphalt berm could be place in front of uphill neighbor’s property at 3916 to help keep the water out of their (Porters) driveway and also if the County would do something about backyard erosion from runoff from driveway and neighbor’s yard.
