White minivan and another car parked on the grass. How can you guys go around ticketing other people in the neighborhood for parking on grass and these Hmong don’t get any fines or a talking to.

This property has received citations and a Chronic Nuisance designation, that allows the City to charge for every visit or service call to the residence. We do attempt to treat everyone equally except when there are multiple complaints and calls for service like we have here, then the property receives extra attention.
