  I reported this to OPD non-emergency yesterday and they said that they would send officers out. Cones are still there.

  Yeah OPD don't enforce laws. They just drive around and pretend they're law enforcement officers. It's all just role-play. None of them are actual LEOs as that would entail enforcing laws.

  Police said they resolved the issue, cones are still there!

  Final update to this, police just drove by at 10pm and saw the cones on the sidewalk. Called the non-emergency line, said the police can’t really do anything about it.

  Oakland is a city run by corrupt lib.eral demo.crat thugs. the fact of the matter is that they're never going to enforce the law in oakland, ever. They do the same thing to every city they take over. They did it to Detroit, Chicago and St. Louis too. Every city taken over by demo.crats is rapidly transformed into a lawless, festering dump of crime, corruption and depravity.
