Description
This RV has been here for weeks. Police ran off the other ones that were with it, but this one just stays. There is garbage spewing into San Leandro street, the sidewalk is blocked by mountains of trash. People are living in it. Cars pull up at all hours of the night, people get out, they talk to the RV people, then leave shortly after, making me think that they are selling drugs. Ladies in the neighborhood are afraid to walk in the area because of this. It is a public health and safety hazard.
