Ginger,
Parking on Lawns in the Wards 4 and 7 is allowed however continuous parking on the yard is considered a zoning violation per code enforcement. This has been ongoing for years, hence the new SCF report when the RV came back
In addition to it being an eyesore it is a nonpoint source of pollution into the lake (which is why yard parking is not allowed throughout the rest of Burlington)

Yes. Note the damaged yard to the right of the RV.
RV used to park all the way to the right. Now cars park all the way to the right off the driveway. About 3 years of SCF reports. Hoping that's enough documentation at this point for a zoning violation.

Man that lived with me for years we had a van that had to be parked in the driveway. We have a camper that sits in the driveway legally and this man continues to harass the city and us, and does it
Anonymously Which makes us feel unsafe and harassed. Eye sore to you I have spoken with numerous neighbors who have said it doesn’t bother them at all. So you drive by and don’t like it so you have to start trouble.
