How is this closed. I walked by there this evening & its even worse than before. It's disgusting. It's been 10 days since i reported this & nothing has been done.

Hi Tmg. Sorry for the delay. I spoke with the Special Collection crew and they are going to pick this up right now (Wednesday afternoon). We'll leave the issue open so it can be monitored. I'll confirm it has been collected before closing the issue. Thank you for letting us know about this.
