Thank you for the prompt response. Based on some quick measurements from aerial photos it appears the lot coverage already exceeded the allowed 35% even before this parking area was enlarged.
The Zoning Administrator reviewed the file which indicates an approximate 40 x 40 existing area on the property's site plan.
My quick measurements showed about 39 feet by 51 feet. The representative from CHT is en route to the site to make the necessary corrections after meeting with the Zoning Administrator.

When I visited the site I directed the worker to stop the work until the site was evaluated by the department of planning and zoning.
I sent photographs and measurements of the area to the zoning administrator who is meeting with a representative from CHT at City Hall now.
