There seems to be a constant party occurring at the intersection of St Louis St and Archibald. There are regularly 5-15 people hanging out on the porch or in the street, music BLARING, having loud arguments, not paying attention to the fact that their toddlers have wandered off into the street, honking car horns INCESSANTLY, I think as some form of communication? As a shift worker, this is a pain, because either I get a bit of peace and quiet by shutting the windows and I'll sweat like a mother or I get some breeze but then I'm regularly being woken up. I can't deal with another summer of this!!!!!!!!!
