Description
All the sides of Cascade View Community Park are suppose to be 6 hr parking recreational use only. Yet no matter what time I drive by over half of the parking areas are full, even when the park is completely empty. There are usually the same vehicles there, I'd assume they live in the apartments around there. It makes it difficult to go to the park if there isn't anywhere to park.
