Description
Abandoned houses for over 6 months now on our street affecting home values and safety. This is an unsightly mess with trash and debris piling up on porches and trash being thrown over their temporary ugly chain link fences. Graffiti is getting worse every week and no one seems to care. It is now also has become a cat sanctuary. Shame on the city of St Pete and the land owners for not caring about their neighbors and allowing this to look like we live in the ghetto. We have worked hard to be able to afford the homes in downtown only to have our home values be affected and make us feel unsafe with all the homeless hanging around our front of these 4 abandoned properties.
