Notice Ring screenshot... very 1st Black vehicle On The Crosswalk. Now take notice of the WOT comments... How is that not a parking issue??? Jersey City violations are; 25' from crosswalk and 50' from Stop Sign. Both which are being violated. There was nearly a crash with on coming car because, car attempting to turn onto Johnston was so far forward into street because other vehicles could not safely view other vehicle. How in good Gods name is Parking on the Crosswalk, too close to crosswalk or not 50' from crosswalk walk Ok?? This is a daily issue. Now we're receiving WOT notice text stating it NOT AN ISSUE? Really explain this to me like I'm 2 yrs old please. We're so fed up with our hydrants being blocked... Which Field construction is doing at this moment at the end our street, ppl parked in front of our driveways, ppl from outside our nieghborhood coming to park on our dead end street so they can avoid paying for Light Rail Parking fees. Ongoing day after day and night after night. So we should now expect notices from WOTS stating that it's not illegal or that the issues is no longer because vehicle was no there. This happened last week, and I was looking right at the car. I offered to take a picture with the car. Then Parking Authority sent someone again, and low and behold the car was still there. So, what's the deal??
