The intersection of Twin Rivers Road and Governor Warfield Pkwy is a signalized intersection. The intersection of Twin Rivers Road and Broken Land Pkwy is a multi-stop controlled intersection. Vehicles not stopping at the stop sign is a violation of Maryland vehicle law. Please contact the Howard County Police Department with a request to provide enforcement within your subdivision.
A traffic signal is anticipated to go in at the intersection of Broken Land Pkwy and Twin Rivers Rd this year that would alleviate concerns associated with various vehicular and pedestrian movements through this intersection. The County will issue a press release with more information about the schedule for the implementation of the signal as soon as possible.
