Description

There is a receptacle can on the corner of Liberty & Lake St. the neighbor's would like a receptacle can with a smaller opening or have it removed. This is being used for household garbage and everything else. This makes the neighborhood look horrible. The Rodents are all over the place as well. they are tearing up what garbage is left out side the receptacle can.
