Description

Alley, between Ontario and Ohio and Clark and Dearborn, behind Hard Rock Cafe and Rainforest Cafe alley. Portillo’s employees, in uniform, loitering and smoking pot in the alley during their breaks, all day and up to close time. Seems to be some dealing going on as well
