Description

David has moved back in with his parents again bringing 4 cars plus a trailer of junk with an umbrella in his parents driveway to work on crap and deal drugs. You have ticketed him prior and he finally moved. This is ridiculous and it needs to stop. He put banging on crap at all hours with multiple vehicles stopping all the time. Two cars in the yard haven't been moved for weeks.
